2016 Alpha Crucis Titan Cabernet Sauvignon

Alpha Crucis

Layers of dark berry fruit coat the palate. Rich and concentrated, with a beautiful mouth coating texture. Flavours of blackcurrant, bitter dark chocolate, an earthy undertone with roasted nuts and lingering spice.

    Winemaker Notes:

The wine spent 15 months in oak before being carefully blended together. Small batch open fermenters were used to ensure we achieved the best colour and flavour development possible. Aged for 15 months in a combination of new, 2nd and 3rd use French oak, of which 20% was new.
