FOOD MATCH | All kinds of tapas, especially those with sea flavours. It pairs wonderfully with fish, shellfish and poultry. It also matches cured Iberian ham, cold cuts, pickles and marinated meat.
Maturation: Three years in American oak barrels. Colour is bright straw yellow. The nose is delicate and pungent with floral notes reminiscent of chamomile. On the palate it is dry, fresh and delicate not opulent but light and smooth. Its light acidity conveys a pleasant touch of freshness. Its finish is long and slightly bitter.
